We provide architectural, interior, 3D visualisation and branding services to all our clients from consultation through to handing over the completed project. We celebrate more than 10 years in the architecural industry and design and manage the construction of bespoke modern residential homes and buildings.
C O N C E P T
We begin the process by understanding our clients brief, requirements, as well
as the assigned budget.Equipped with this information we do conceptual
designs which will give the client an understanding of the outlining spatial
arrangement.
D E S I G N D E V E L O P M E N T
Once the conceptual designs and layouts are approved by the client, we
commence to the artist impressions, a virtual model of the design approved by
the client which illustrates exactly what the building will look like upon
completion.
C O N S T R U C T I O N
On approval of the impression, we then commence to working drawings, also known as the construction plans which are used for submission to the relevant municipality as well as to any other association or committee that may need plans approved prior to construction. They include every bit of information that may be required for the finishing of the structure.
3 D V I S U A L I S A T I O N
We specialize in 3D motion photography renders, 3D visual videography renders and virtual reality renders. This gives our clients a great sales marketing tool to sell the property off plan before it has actually been built.
